How are you different from a traditional home care agency?
Unlike agencies that assign rotating shifts across a large team, you work directly with me, Joe. There are no agency rotas, zero unfamiliar strangers, and guaranteed 100% continuity on every visit.
What types of support do you provide?
Tailored daily help and companionship— including practical home support, shopping trips, outings, wellbeing routines, and gentle mobility guidance.
Do you provide personal care (bathing, dressing, medication admin)?
No. Senior Company Focuses strictly on social support and companionship— keeping routines non-clinical, relaxed, and separate from CQC-regulated personal care tasks.
What kind of people are best for your service?
While the majority of people I support are older adults, my service is open to anyone aged 18 and over who feels they could benefit from companionship, tailored activity schedules, or day-to-day support. I have worked with people of all ages with disabilities for companion based activities.
What qualifications and safety checks do you hold?
I am Fully vetted and professionally trained— holding an Enhanced DBS check, First Aid, Safe Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, Dementia Awareness, and over 7 years of nursing home experience.
Are outings and transport included?
Yes!— whether it’s a quick shopping trip, a seaside coffee, or a visit to a local event, outings are built right into our scheduled time together. local travel up to 10 miles per visit is included; further trips are simply charged at 45p per mile.
How do we get started?
A relaxed, informal initial chat— giving us a chance to meet, discuss your routine and preferences, and make sure my service is the right fit.
Is there a minimum contract or commitment?
No. Just flexible, stress-free arrangements— with no rigid long-term contracts, allowing us to set up regular weekly visits or flexible arrangements to suit your family's routine.
